What is a Guest House?

About Guest House

A guest house, known as dormitory, is an apartment (or a house) for rent in which you can share rooms and facilities with other residents. Guest houses and apartments to share are convenient for travelers and people who are looking for accommodations for short-term. Without a damage deposit, a key money, a brokerage fees, and a guarantor, you can rent a room monthly.

The following are a list of reasons why people choose apartments to share.

  • Want to exchange information with someone else.
  • Want to have a conversation with many people.
  • Want to have an international relationship.
  • Convenient for going to school or commuting.
  • Too long to stay at hotels. Renting an ordinary apartment is inconvenient.
  • Want to use an apartment to share for staying while looking for an ordinary apartment not to share.
  • Easier than renting an ordinary apartment not to shared.
  • Do not know how long I stay there.

A room of apartments to share is divided into two types: private room, and dormitory.

1. Private Room
We suggest private rooms to people who care about their privacy and like to be alone. Furnishings and facilities differ from other apartments; some apartments may include an air conditioner, a television set, a bed, a refrigerator, desks, and chairs. In general, private room is more expensive than dormitory.
2. Dormitory
Dormitory type usually includes more than one bed in a room.
The biggest advantage of dormitory type is its inexpensive rent range. You can save a lot of money by choosing a dormitory type. Most rooms in a dormitory include only a curtain for your privacy, but men and women do not share a room in principle. The safe and lockers might be available in most dormitories.

There are various types in apartments to share such as a detached house, an ordinary apartment, and a tall building.

Renting an apartment to share is cheaper than an ordinary apartment because residents share furnishings and facilities. There are cookware, dishes, microwaves, refrigerators, and rice cookers in most apartments to share. Some rooms may include a television set and an air conditioner; besides, internet might be available. You may need only some spare clothes for living in an apartment to share.

Apartments to share are favored by many people in recent years because of their convenience and inexpensive rate range. However, morals and manners are inmportant to live in an apartment to share.
Each resident in an apartment to share have to live in cooperation with other residents.

Some examples of living in an apartment to share without having problems.
