Kobe Shoin Women's University students (8min by walk) are welcomed! This is a share house only for women. No deposit! 5 min to Hankyu Rokko station by bus. The closest bus stop is only 3min away. You can also walk to Hankyu Rokko station. It takes only 16min. Not only for students, all are welcome. This is an old house renovated in May 2022.
