J&F house Kansai2 is located at Mukonoso on Hankyu-Kobe line between Umeda(Osaka) and Sannomiya(Kobe). It takes 15minutes to Umeda and 21minutes to Sannomiya from Mukonoso by train. We offer the tenants the unique opportunity to experience Japan while sharing their culture and cultivating new friendships with people all over the world. The tenants of 70% are Japanese. 30% are from overseas. There are some business man, office lady, student, tourist, researcher, English teacher and engineer etc. We provide the opportunity to share language and culture with other residents, not to mention the comfort of their own private rooms. 1 Except the rent and utilities fee, all that's requires is a 20000yen deposit (which is refundable). 2 No renewal fee is required. It is not bound by the contract, and it is possible to leave a room at any time if the resident gives us a week notice. At that time, it doesn't cost cancellation money. 3 The desk, the chair, the bed, the air conditioner, and the refrigerator are equipped with to each room. There are some pan, pot, glass, plate, spoon, folk, etc, in the shared kitchen. 4 No guarantor is required. 5 Manager can receive your mail or parcel when you are not in the guesthouse. He and his assistant clean kitchen or lounge almost every day. The building is 6 stories. There are shared huge kitchen, lounge and laundry on ground floor. There is also a theater room with a projector and a screen. There are 70 private rooms and 10 dormitory rooms for 2 persons from 2F to 6F. Every 3 rooms share a shower room, a wash room and a toilet. They are separated by sex. A manager who speaks English resides on the ground floor. He will help your staying.
