A share house for small number of people to live in opened in May.

There are three ways to access down town Tokyo from the share house.

[1] It takes 10 minutes by bus to JR Chiba Station, and has 8 to 16 busses per hour. It takes 40 minutes from Chiba Station to Tokyo Station and it is easy to access to down town Tokyo.

[2] It only takes 10 minutes by bicycle to JR Soga Station. From Soga station, it is easy to access using Keiyo line to following stations: Kaihin Makuhari Station (13 minutes), Shinurayasu (30 minutes) where Disney Land is, and Tokyo Station (50 minutes).

[3] It only takes 8 minutes to walk to Keisei Chiba-dera Station of Keisei Electric Railway. From Keisei Chiba-dera Station, it is easy to access Keisei Chiba Station (6 minutes), Keisei Tsudanuma Station (23 minutes) and Keisei Funabashi Station (30 minutes).

All the rooms have air conditioners and are very comfortable. Besides the shared living dining room, there is also a sunny garden. This share house is located in a quiet area called the first class low-rise residential area. Moreover, it is convenient for daily life with following places located within about 53 hectares : Aoba no Mori Park (2-minute walk), convenience store (4-minute walk), supermarket, drug store, family restaurant, library, etc. There are many facilities within walking distance.

Familie’s commitment is “trustful relationships” with each and every tenant. In order to build up the trustful relationship, I would like to introduce a small group system, cherish casual communication, and regularly exchange opinions with the residents to aim for a better environment. Our goal is to have a safe and comfortable environment from the perspective of the tenants. Thank you.
