☆Price & rules★
1. Bills (gas, water, electricity unless you use too much), Wifi, Air Condition, Washing machine & Laundry dryer, Shampoo & Hair conditioner are all included in the rent
2. Deposit : ￥30,000 - We will pay the cleaning fee minimum￥10,000 from it when you leave the room then refund the rest of the deposit. It may cost more if the room condition is worse.
3. No smoking, the non residents from the outside not allowed to enter
4. We decline you to move in and ask you to leave if you do not understand / follow our house rules or have a problem about communication
5. \77,000 / month for any room if your stay is for 3 months or less
6. ￥11,000 / month added for sharing a room with your roommate
