☆Price and rules★
1. Wifi (Room & Common spaces) , Air Condition , Washing machine & Laundry dryer usage , Shampoo & Hair conditioner refill are all included in the rent.
2. Deposit : ￥30,000 - We will pay the cleaning fee (￥10,000 in general) from it when you leave the room then refund the rest of the deposit. It may cost more if the room condition is worse.
3. No smoking, no pets, non-residents are prohibited to enter the shared house.
4. We request everyone to visit the shared house for inspection and a brief interview before moving in. We may decline you to move in if you do not agree with the rules & policies.

☆Room and facilities★
1. Furnished private room. (A bunk bed, washstand, microwave, fridge, work desk and chair)
2. Shower & Toilet : Shared with other residents. (men / women separated)
3. Kitchen : Shared with other residents.
4. Cleaning offered twice per week. We may request the residents to cooperate for cleaning the common spaces together if there are more people and it requires cleaning on a daily basis.

☆Access and location★
1. JR / Hanshin Nishikujo station - 2 min by walking
2. Osaka city center (Umeda / Namba) & Universal Studio Japan - 10 min direct access by train
3. Kobe - 35 min dorect access by train
4. Kansai International Airport (KIX) - 60 min or less direct access by train
5. There are 24h opening convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, police station and post office nearby

☆About Hostel JIN★
Hostel JIN used to be the guest house with cafe&bar downstairs.
We have been reviewed nicely especially about the location / price and cleaness.
The supportive intercultural oriented manager will welcome you anytime.
There are social events for the residents organised by the manager irregularly.
We are specially Women / Sexual minorities (LGBTQ+) / Non-Japanese residents friendly, but you are always welcomed if you are nice!
