Initial cost
Rent + utilities (flat fee 14,000 yen) + security deposit (flat fee 15,000 yen)
Deposit is non-refundable.
The rent and utility fee for the following month must be paid on the 20th of each month.
Common service fee includes water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, various detergents and toilet paper.
